The Castle Steps is a bed & breakfast located in the historic centre of Prague between Charles Bridge and the Castle. Our comfortable rooms and suites are all furnished with original oil paintings and traditional Czech antiques.The Castle Steps' great location is an excellent starting point for discovering the all of the sights in and around Prague's centre.We are a quick ride from all points of entry into the city. Our concierge can arrange shuttle service from the airport or any of the train stations and help you book taxis or make restaurant and theatre reservations.

Cancellation Policy

-360 hours, If you cancel your trip less than two weeks before your agreed arrival time we are afraid that there is a cancellation charge of 20%. If you cancel within two days of the agreed arrival time the cancellation charge is 50%. If you leave early without a serious reason this counts as a last-minute cancellation.

Directions

From Ruzyne International Airport (PRG): Distance to Castle Steps is 10 kilometres approximately 20 minutes' drive. Getting there. Registered taxis wait outside the Arrivals hall and cost about 600 CZK 900 CZK (22 EUR 32 EUR) to the city centre. Minibuses depart from outside the Arrivals hall and run to Namesti Republiky square, in the city centre. The single fare is 90 CZK per person. Bus numbers 119 and 254 run to Dejvicka, the airport's closest metro station. The journey takes about 20 30 minutes, and single tickets cost 20 CZK (1 EUR). Prices are all subject to change. Getting around. Prague's historic centre is compact and easy to explore on foot, as many roads are pedestrianised. There is an efficient and inexpensive public transport system, including trams, buses, metro, and a funicular railway. Tickets are available from tobacconists, stations, and many hotel reception desks, and can be used on all modes of transport. Five of the major metro stations have information offices, with schedules, maps, and directions.
