"I asked the dayreception staff to sort it out for me because the cleaner (who changed the pillow) seemed careless and I left the hotel and came back on night to find my room without a pillow, I asked the night reception staff for a pillow and I have been told that they do not have an access to the room where they keeping these things." — source Venere
