Villa Ponciana Boutique Hotel inaugurated in 2008, is situated in an exclusive and secure Residencial Zone near parks, in La Aurora, Miraflores, Lima.The hotel is a unique piece of the best architecture from the early 70's, very well preserved which has been completely remodeled with full new instalations.Containing various spacious living rooms, one with a cozy fireplace corner, exterior terraces, rooftop garden, interior patio with a water cascade: multiples areas were guests may relax with privacy.Concerning services, we give our guests accurate detailed suggestions of the bests sites in Lima: cultural, culinary, ecological and commercial, specially adapted schedule of each particular stay time with optimum use of it.The hotel is two minutes walk to a local shopping center with supermarket, banks, pharmacies and near several parks.The downtown of Miraflores and the Pacific Coast are at five minutes ride with local's taxis at an average rate of USD 1.50, which you can take in the hotel corner.
