A historic 18th century palace immersed in two hectares of tranquil parkland, Villa Aricia Hotel is located in the Rome suburb of Ariccia, a food and wine vacation destination famous throughout the Lazio region and Italy for its delicious porchetta (roast pork). Located around 26 km south-east of Rome city centre, Ariccia forms part of the region's Castelli Romani area, a collection of charming hilltop villages where guests can visit historic villas and sample the area's famous white wine. Transformed into a hotel in 1990, Villa Aricia has maintained its original mystic atmosphere through careful restoration. The vast hotel grounds still conserve a number of impressive historic ruins. On-site amenities include an American bar, restaurant, Internet access (surcharge), meeting space and free parking.

From Rome Ciampino Airport (CIA): Distance to Villa Germaine is 18 kilometres, approximately 20 minutes' drive. Getting there. The COTRAL bus runs between Arrivals and the Anagnina metro stop (the final stop on line B) every 40 minutes. Single tickets cost 1 EUR. Trains to the local station, Campoleone, run regularly and take about 30 minutes. Licensed white taxis cost around 30 EUR to the Villa Germaine hotel. A shuttle service is available from the hotel at a surcharge to and from the airport. Getting around. The area can be easily explored on foot, and the area is serviced by train. A car is recommended for exploring the surrounding countryside. Driving directions. Depart Roma Ciampino airport. Continue along the road towards Albano for approximately 5 kilometres. At the first traffic light, near Sante Maria delle Mole, continue straight uphill along the Appia road. At the second traffic light, at Frattochie neighbourhood, turn right onto the Via Nettunense in the direction of Anzio, Nettuno, Aprilia. After exactly 13 km, there is a sign for Villa Germaine. Turn right and follow the road to the Villa's gated entrance on the right hand side.
