"We were given a room which had no resemblance to any room on their website. The room had mould on the walls, cobwebs on the ceiling, dust hanging down form the corners, rust in the bathroom, an old bed with bedsprings sticking into your back at night and a horrible smell - the smell of mould." — source Venere
