From Funchal Madeira Airport (FNC): Distance to Hotel Rocamar is 9 kilometres, approximately 10 minutes' drive. Getting there. Taxis to Hotel Rocamar cost approximately 20 EUR during the day. There is a surcharge after midnight. Buses connect to Canico from Funchal. The Aerobus runs to Funchal city centre every 30 minutes. Single tickets cost 5 EUR. The hotel can arrange airport transport for a surcharge. Prices are all subject to change. Getting around. Canico is served by a good public bus network. A car is useful for travelling further afield.
