Sunny new apartment on the 8th floor of a building with elevator in Paseo Joan de Borbon with terrace.This apartment in Barceloneta has two sunny doble bedrooms with double beds and closets, and private small balcony with seaview. In the living room there is a spacious sofa bed for two from where you can relax watching tv and access the terrace with table and chairs to enjoy the beautiful view of the marina and have breakfast or sunbathing. Small but fully furnished kitchen with all appliances and utensiles to make your own meal, air-conditioning and new wooden floor. The bathroom is modern and with shower.This apartment can accomodate up to six people and it's ideal for those who want to enjoy the beach and sunset while in Barcelona with all the comforts.
