A good hotel with friendly service and an excellent location. The hotel also has a walled garden which is very quiet with steps up to an outdoor pool. 0808MW This is a large, traditional building. The hotel is located on the lake promenade in the centre of Lugano the main pedistrian shopping area can be found to the side of the hotel.
