The San Niccolò Residence is placed in a glamorous 19th century Mansion, which was recently restored, on the Lungamo della zecca riverside, in front of Piazzale Michelangelo, a terrace on the lovely florence view. lt's just a short walk away from the heart of art and culture (Santa Croce and Signoria Squares) and at the same time it's very close to the boulevards which are the main link-up roads in town.There's a pay parking in the small square in front of the residence, but the residence can also supply the clients who have their own car with a special permit to enter the surrounding pedestrian area. Thanks to its top level features our organization can grant you a pleasant and reserved stay.
