-72 hours, A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the stay charge is required upon reservation. Within 48 hours, the full amount will be charged to your credit card and no cancellation is accepted as the cancellation fee of 100% within 48 hrs strictly applies. Reservations made for Friday , Saturday and Sunday between 1st. June - 31st. October are Non-Refundable and cannot be cancelled once reserved .
