"There were no wardrobes, the drawers were dirty, my friend's room was so small she had to be moved, neither room was cleaned at all during a four-day stay (and the rooms were grubby to begin with), the TVs were not tuned in and one remote did not work, there was no drinking glass provided, the overhead light did not work in one room." — source Venere
