"We asked for a triple room and got a room the size of a single, it was so small that we had to walk in seperatly,it was dirty and Im not kidding,we ahd 3 hangers wich were supposed to hold all your clothes it wasnt even a wardrobe just a mirror with hooks on the back, the room was freezing and we had to ask the receptionist to turn the radiators on, he told us that the heating didnt come on til 6pm and went off at 7am, but I can tell you that the hallway where he was sitting was lovely and warm." — source Venere
