The Hostellerie Le Castellas, a 17th century residence, is located on a small street in the heart of Collias, an old Provençal village. Several old and perfectly restored houses form an enclosure organized around an interior patio with an outdoor swimming pool. Here, the wisteria covered terrace is the ideal spot to have breakfast in the morning light, while in the evening, in the velvet atmosphere of subdued lights, you can savour the cuisine of our chef, full of colour, flavour and fragrance. The hotel Le Castellas is a place of dreams where life is pleasant, an ideal place of inspiration for artists, painters, and sculptors. The desire for a nice, cool little aniseed aperitif will be quickly satisfied at our bar overhanging the garden and a professional and discrete staff will be always at your disposal.
