-24 hours, If the guest cancels or does not show up once the reservation is confirmed, the Hotel shall be entitled to bill the client, which will be obliged to pay,for two nights (at official rates).However, if the client notifies the Hotel in writing of the cancellation at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date, the client will not be obliged to pay the Hotel any indemnity.
