Grandhotel Panhans

Less than an hour's drive from Vienna, right in the middle of the enchanting landscape of the Semmering, you will find very particular accommodation in the Grandhotel Panhans, a piece of Austrian history. The grand hotel was opened in 1888, completely renovated in 1982 and expanded in 1993, when a new hotel wing and a wellness center were added.

From Vienna International Airport (VIE): Distance to Grand Hotel Panhans is 100 kilometres, approximately 80 minutes' drive. Getting there. Taxis and shuttle bus services are available at the airport. Getting around. Semmering is best explored by foot. There is a network of hiking trails and cable cars which provide access to mountain slopes and scenic views. The Semmering train links mountain villages. Driving directions. From the airport take Highway A2 in the direction of Graz, as far as Seebenstein. Follow the S6 to Bruck/Mur and Semmering. At Maria Schutz take the exit to Semmering.
