"This is a no-frills hotel that is VERY affordable by European standards and if you want a fantastic location at a cheap price with kind and friendly hotel staff, and you don't mind the steep stairs, I would most defintely recommend the Hotel Freeland in Amsterdam." source Venere

  • Room: Rating of 3.5 out of 5

"ive been before in july i prefered the room before ,because the was a bath in in this room there wasnt one and the bathroom was so small you could sit on the toilet while showering but besides that everything was perfect and we enjoyed our stay." source Venere

"The room size was fine (and larger than many I have stayed in whilst in Europe), but it should be noted (for large size people) that the shared washroom (for rooms 1 and 2) is _very_ small." source Venere

"these guys were great in accommodating, BUT, the room for the first night had barely enough room for the bed, and that includes the shower (not really, but you get the picture." source Venere
