Room:

"We booked 2 nights for a twin room with a bath room but we got a small double room and the shower room in the room was very narrow. We asked to move to a twin room but the staff said there's no twin room left and we had to wait till next morning to ask a staff again and we finally could move to a twin room next night." — source Venere
