Located on New York City's Lower East Side, close to Sara D. Roosevelt Park, the Direct Loft at 8 Rivington Street Apartment is only a few blocks from the center of SoHo. This central Little Italy apartment is convenient for great downtown shopping and is near many of New York's trendiest restaurants in the SoHo, Tribeca, Greeenwich Village and Chinatown areas. This cozy Manhattan loft apartment is situated on the 6th floor of a modern apartment building, without elevator. Young couples and groups of friends, either visiting the Big Apple on holiday or on a shopping trip, will have plenty of room to spread out and relax in the lounge and mezzanine floor. The apartment has wireless Internet access and a cleaning service is provided upon request. Rentals are available on a nightly, weekly or monthly basis.

Cancellation Policy

-720 hours, We require a two night deposit and the balance is due at the Hotel. Soon after confirmation you will receive the Direct Loft Voucher with general information and information on how to retrieve your key. Cancellations after 90 days to arrival will incur in 1 night penalty Cancellations after 45 days to arrival will incur in 2 night penalty Cancellations 7 days prior to arrival will incur 50% of total. No shows will be charged the penalty of 50% of the total plus tax.
