-720 hours, We require a two night deposit and the balance is due at the Hotel. Soon after confirmation you will receive the Direct Loft Voucher with general information and information on how to retrieve your key. Cancellations after 90 days to arrival will incur in 1 night penalty Cancellations after 45 days to arrival will incur in 2 night penalty Cancellations 7 days prior to arrival will incur 50% of total. No shows will be charged the penalty of 50% of the total plus tax.
