  • Overall: Rating of 3.4 out of 5

"Nothing was taken, as all of our valuables were in the room safe, but there's obviously a security problem and that makes us reluctant to recommend this hotel to others." source Venere

"We had room 34 - walls dirty, rug dirty, looks like an amateur renovated bathroom - very poor quality renovation - never recommend to anyone." source Venere

"Overall i was very pleased with this hotel, and if i am im paris again, then i'll make sure to return." source Venere

"We were 5 days in Paris and we found very nice to stay at this hotel, I really recommend it." source Venere

"I recommend this hotel, and I will stay there again upon my return to Paris." source Venere

  • Clean: Rating of 3.3 out of 5

"The romm was very cold, they forgot to clean one day,the welcoming was horrible, the rooms are much more small that u see in the photos, the hotel always smell and was dark." source Venere

"Tiny room with thin walls but good little bathroom and clean, fine for the price in a beautiful part of central Paris." source Venere

"A clean and nice hotel and very competent employees, but our room was a bit small and the beds could be better." source Venere

"Staff were very helpful, rooms were tidy and there wasn't a lot of noise from the streets in the morning." source Venere

"Perfect location, quiet, very clean, small room and no view, but also very cheap." source Venere

  • Service: Rating of 3.3 out of 5

"There is a lovely little Italian Restaurant around the corner on Avenue Bosquet called tina's; excellent food and good service." source Venere

"Very poor service of the staff at the reception." source Venere

  • Location: Rating of 4.2 out of 5

"This is a quaint hotel in a wonderful Parisian neighborhood within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, shopping, banks all within walking distance." source Venere

"My first time in Paris and with Hotel De l'Alma inmidst of real PAris, wonderfully located in a sidestreet to rue grenelles, the bus round the corner, the sites and metro 5 minutes away." source Venere

"The hotel has a quiet but central location in the 7th and we found the staff very nice and helpful and the price reasonable for the room which was small but I have seen much smaller." source Venere

"Great staff and terrific area, with a slightly different, "real" feel when compared to the more tourist-centered places to stay." source Venere

"The only thing this place has going for it would be the close location to Eiffel Tower and cafe." source Venere

  • Value

"The hotel is little, the only difference with a 2 star hotel (this is a 3 star hotel) besides the price is the "frigo bar"." source Venere

"There were some great little restaurants nearby (and reasonably priced if you don't go to the ones on the tourist trail." source Venere

"However, generally it was a perfectly good hotel, great location and excellent value." source Venere

"But Price/Quality it's really fine, think about "center Paris and cheap"." source Venere

"Wonderful Hotel especially for the price and location." source Venere

  • Room: Rating of 2.6 out of 5

"There was no clock in the room and the so called automated alarm system you are supposed to program with the phone did not work so I had to argue with the fellow at the front desk for a wake up call in the morning so I could make it to work on time." source Venere

"we were only there for one night the man at the desk when we checked in was very abrupt and did not explain were the room was and that there were doors blocking off the rooms with light switches on timers so you are left in the dark." source Venere

"The website boasts a view of the Eiffel Tower from some rooms, but I have never been in a room with such a view. Still, my boyfriend and I had a nice stay in this room and would stay here again on our next trip to Paris." source Venere
