The Da Vestro is a hotel restaurant in Monticiano, Siena, Tuscany, near the border with the province of Grosseto. The town is at an altitude of 375 metres, surrounded by woods and near four nature reserves: Farma, Alto Merse, Basso Merse and La Pietra. This Tuscany hotel was once a typical farmhouse, which went by the name of Orbano. Nowadays, the hotel boasts the most renowned restaurant of the area, appreciated for its typical Tuscan cuisine and mentioned by the best Italian guides (Michelin Red Guide, Slowfood, etc.). The property also features an outdoor swimming pool, a spacious and lush garden with kids play area, and a terrace. Da Vestro is the ideal place to enjoy a relaxing holiday, a quiet place to retire after a busy day, a place to feel welcome, where guests can enjoy the delicious gastronomical specialities this region has to offer.
