From Milan Malpensa Airport (MXP): Distance to Hotel da Cesare is 60 kilometres, approximately 45 minutes' drive. Getting there. Taxis to central Milan cost about 65 75 EUR. The Malpensa Express train runs every 30 minutes between the airport's train station and the city centre (Cadorna station). Single tickets are approximately 9 EUR, and journey time is 40 minutes.
