  • Clean: Rating of 3.5 out of 5

"I think that the hotel is good for a short staying; the room we had at the 2nd floor was very good for us, quiet, clean and with a little bathroom but enough for two people." source Venere

"Except that, our stay was good for the price: room clean, bathroom OK and the breakfast was good (no charges for a english breakfast as you can have in other hostel)." source Venere

  • Service: Rating of 3.3 out of 5

"Value for money is good considering its location and the breakfast, however the level of service is lacking especially compared to other places we stayed at." source Venere

"International, friendly and helpful staff, well organised and prepared to recieve their guests." source Venere

"The hotel is extremely well positioned, price is very reasonaable for the room and service." source Venere

"Hotel is quiet at night and there is 24hrs front desk service." source Venere

  • Location: Rating of 3.8 out of 5

"Day light can be very weak depending of the location of the room. Do prefer a room located above the ground." source Venere

"The location is great, a block from the tube (Paddington) and the bus from center of city stops right by the hotel." source Venere

"Never come back to this hotel, booked it because of the location." source Venere

  • Value

"For London, which' B&B's are generally on the overprised and relatively low quality side, this was good value for money." source Venere

"Hotel provides basic accommodation at a reasonable price." source Venere

"Right quality for the cheap price." source Venere

  • Room: Rating of 3.0 out of 5

"The lock on the door did not feel safe and there was no chain to enable me to lock myself in from inside the room." source Venere

"As for the ladies that handled the breakfast room, they went out of their way to be helpful and pleasing." source Venere
