From Amsterdam Schiphol Airport (AMS): Distance to Bastion Terbregsplein is 62 kilometres, approximately 42 minutes' drive. Getting there. The hotel suggests a taxi. There is a train service from Schiphol to Rotterdam Centraal, six kilometres from the hotel. Rotterdam Alexander metro station is 200 metres from the hotel. Getting around. Bikes are a popular mode of transport in Rotterdam and they can be hired per day or week. Public transport options include bus, tram, metro or in town ferries. Driving directions. Head east on Ceintuurbaan Zuid and follow signs for the A4 for Rotterdam. Take the exit onto the A20/E25 toward Ring Rotterdam. Take Exit 16 Pr and follow signs to Cappelle aan den Ijssel, turning right onto Capelseweg. Take a slight right at Hoofdweg. Turn right at Prins Alexanderlaan and left at Koperstraat. Turn left at Tinstraat which becomes Hoofdweg, where the hotel is situated.
