Our **** apartment family hotel is located in the village Bad Mitterndorf, which is famous because of its wonderful places for holiday. In our hotel you will be spoiled and can relax and forget about the daily life. The hotel has different types of rooms as well as a wellness area, sun deck, fitness, and children´s playground.The hotel also has a wellness area including a fitness and a quiet room. There is a play-room for children on site as well as a climbing castle. In the evening you can unwind in the bar. You can use the hotel taxi to get to restaurants or the ski-lift. Experience wonderful holidays relaxing on our terrace or the lawn whilst children enjoy the playground. Summer: Bad Mitterndorf offers many relaxing leisure and sports activities. In the spring there is the popular daffodil festival and in the fall the forests are colourful and stunning. There are many lakes that are ideal for swimming. The Alp street to the Tauplitz Alp rises to 1600 metres above sea level and starts directly next to our hotel. The hotel offers a wonderful panorama view of Grimming, Totes Gebirge (dead mountains) and the glacier Dachstein. Winter: The ski run of our family ski area ends near our hotel which means that you can ski until our doorstep, if there is enough snow. Our hotel is a great location for ski holidays as it is in Bad Mitterndorf, in the ski area Tauplitz alp - one of the areas of Austria where snow can be guaranteed. The area can get up to 5 metres of snow and in March we normally still have around 3 metres snow. The 200 km loipe in Bad Mitterndorf, Ausseerland, is ideal for cross-country skiing for all levels of ability. The loipe entry area starts only 200 metres from our hotel.

-720 hours, For cancellations from 7 days to 1 day before the date of arrival, 70% of the stay will be charged on your credit card. On the day of arrival or in case of no show, 90 % of the stay will be charged on yourcredit card. Tourist tax not included and costs 1,50 per person (over 15 years old), per day.

Directions

From Salzburg Airport (SZG): Distance to the Apparthotel Montana is 90 kilometres, approximately 80 minutes drive. Getting there. Bus number 2 departs Salzburg Airport every 10 minutes for Salzburg Hauptbahnhof (main train station). A single ticket costs �1.80. From here, trains run to Bad Mitterndorf, 1 kilometre from the hotel. A taxi direct from the airport should cost around 115 EUR. Prices all subject to change. Getting around. The resort can be explored on foot. A car is advisable for travelling further afield.
