"For a couple who are going on a romantic vacation, this 3 star hotel is far from being accepted, and far from being a real 3 stars ranked hotel; quite far location from city center (definitely not within the advertised 15 minutes walk from station (unless you are making an athlete sprint run), very very very poorly furnished rooms (they advertise that rooms are classically furnished, but what's it truly is is just old unmaintained furniture), unclean walls (but clean bed sheets), poor flooring, and to top it all very lousy personnel who have totally missed the meaning of customer service." — source Venere
