    "No one was at desk when we arrived- and for no one as at desk for most of the stay- so service was non-existent-breakfast was equal to a cheap business hotel in US - room was booked as a suite- more accurate is a room with a bedroom loft- location was poor and by no means was it an easy walk to town center- overpriced for quality and when we compared to better located and nicer properties we were heartsick- it is incomprehensible that others gave it the rating they did." — source Expedia

-480 hours, In case of shorter stay or non-show, results in 100% cancelation fee. The Amerisa Suites provided 50% for cancellation 7 days before arrival for Winter and the Low Season, 14 days at the Middle Season and 21 days at the High Season.

Directions

From Santorini Airport (JTR): Distance to Amerisa Suites is 7 kilometres, approximately 15 minutes' drive. Getting there. A bus runs to Fira bus station every two hours, and a single ticket costs 1 EUR. Getting around. Fira itself can be easily explored on foot. Visitors can use the local bus system, hire a car, bike, or moped, or take taxis to other resorts and towns. Ferries depart from Fira to nearby islands and a cable car is available for travelling up the volcano. Driving directions. From Santorini Airport, follow signs all the way to Fira, where the hotel is situated in on the east side.
