From Kos Airport (KGS): Distance to Kos Palace Hotel is 12 kilometres, approximately 20 minutes' drive. Getting there. Taxis run from Kos Airport to the Kos Palace Hotel. Getting around. Tigaki centre and beach are best explored on foot and a bus departs from outside the hotel to Kos Town. Bicycles and mopeds can also be rented to explore the island. Local buses link Kos Town to the island's main resorts. Ferries operate between Kos Town and Crete, Rhodes and Turkey. The quieter northern beaches can be reached by car. Taxis are also available.
