-720 hours, December 27 - January 15 For cancellations made within 30 days of arrival, the guest will be charged the full cost of the stay. For cancellations made before 30 days of arrival, the guest will be charged 50% of the full cost of the stay. January 15 - December 27 Cancellations made with 24 hours of arrival will be charged a penalty fee of one nights stay. In the case of a no show, the client will be charged a penalty fee of one nights stay.
