Cancellation Policy

-48 hours, In case of late cancellation or no show, one night will be charged on your credit card. Only for booking from 5/7 to 31/8 : a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the stay must be paid in advance to the house. You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, we will refund your deposit. Less then 30 days prior to the date of your expected arrival we will keep 100% of the deposit. No show: 7 nights will be charged on your credit card.
