Cancellation Policy

-720 hours, Cancellation is only possible up to 28 days prior arrival and a handling fee of EURO 50,00 will be charged. If a reservation is cancelled up to one week before the proposed arrival date, 70% of the agreed package will be charged. In the event of cancellation in the last week prior to the proposed arrival date, advance departure or in the event of 'no show', 90% of the price of the package is due.
