We are only minutes away from Hobby Airport, Houston Ship Channel, Petrochemical Plants on Hwy. 225, Keama Boardwalk, NASA Space Center, Cruise Ships, Galleria Mall, Baybrook Mall, Pasadena Convention Center, George Brown Convention Center, Houston Downtown and Houston Medical Center. Located at the corner of Preston and Spencer. -- Directions -- Take I-45 South exit 36. Make left turn on Collage Street. Collage Street turns into Spencer Highway after 5 miles. Pass Preston Street. Motel is on the right hand side in front of Dairy Queen
