"Overall it\'s a good hostel. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone going to Glasgow." source Hostelworld

"I would recommend it for great central location, convenient for an overnight stay and night out in Glasgow, cheap, clean, good security, nice staff." source Skoosh

"It is also a not so good hotel, the rooms are small, ugly, instead of queen beds you get singles, you have to pay to use the tv, etc." source Expedia

"Lockers are provided so bring a padlock, linen was not clean by my definitions, but otherwise a great place to sleep." source Hostelworld

"But other than that, it was a great hostel and I could definitely stay there again if I go back to Glasgow." source Hostelworld

  • Clean: Rating of 3.7 out of 5

"The room was not clean, dust and webs in the corners, shower room was extremely small (used to flood - water either very cold or very hot) Location very noisy." source Hostelworld

"The room and en-suite bathroom were fine - clean and tidy and we had plenty of space." source Skoosh

"it was perfectly located, but it wasnÂ’t that impressive, the matresses, werenÂ’t that clean, but the linen was impeccable." source Expedia

"Hostel was in good shape nice and tidy with free wifi but rooms were a lil stuffy and smelt abit like toilet." source Hostelworld

"The hotel provided me with everything i need, good service, friendly staff, young clientele, clean rooms." source Skoosh

  • Service: Rating of 4.2 out of 5

"nice place to take a rest after a week of walking in the highlands :-) very good location en friendly staff." source Hostelworld

"Clean, helpful staff, perfect location (positioned near both Central Station and Buchanan Bus Station)." source Hostelworld

"Not much character but conveniently placed bar right in the place and a very friendly staff." source Hostelworld

"A very friendly and helpful staff even though I arrived early before the rooms were made up." source Hostelworld

"It would be better if the rest of the guests were as friendly as the staff." source Hostelworld

  • Location: Rating of 4.5 out of 5

"Good location and reception staff even try to be helpful, but they are totally disorganized, the rooms and bathrooms were dirty, the breakfast was really poor, and there's no security at all." source Hostelworld

"The hotel was good value for money, located very centrally and had good amenities for budget accommodation." source Skoosh

"Other than that, fine price and location." source Expedia

"Their common area was virtually devoid of everything it claimed to have, and the bar downstairs seems to fill with your general local undesirables." source Hostelworld

"I have stayed here many times and don't even bother looking at other Glasgow hostels as it's location, cleanliness and breakfast are top knotch." source Hostelworld

  • Value

"Price was great, on suites were clean. Only drawback was breakfast was disappointing, really limited, but hey, I at least filled up on weetabix and it was included in the price." source Hostelworld

"BE AWARE - the UK is very expensive now that the value of the dollar is so low. A pint of Ben and JerryÂ’s ice cream is 4 pounds fifty, or about nine dollars." source Expedia

"Cleanliness was fine, but although the sheets were clean there were permanent stains on them, and the room was not worth the price of 28 pounds per person." source Hostelworld

"The room wasn\'t the best, but based on the facts that I didn\'t spend the whole time in there and comparing to the price I was okay with it." source Hostelworld

"(the staff seem to ignore the higher booking price)i had to show it to the staff HW website before they give me the package." source Hostelworld
