"The hotel is in an excellent location - just a very short walk from the Royal Mile - nice bar and restaurant - however, the rooms are very spartan - kinda like camping out - only hotel accomodation in memory where we had to buy our own shampoo and bath soap - bathroom small with a clingy shower curtain - (it wouldn't leave us alone) - little to small closet (no real closet) - and very noisy because of 24 hour train service - we'd pick more stars for a better hotel next time." — source Travelocity
