B&B �C� del R� � is an old country house in the middle of a beautiful garden in �Franciacorta� a touristic area not far from Iseo Lake ( 5 Km ) in the North Italy. The House is only 3 min walk from Nigoline, a small village on the hills. There are two double rooms available ( one with a queen bed and another one with two separated beds - we can add another bed if requested ); our guests can relax in a wide sitting-room where they can enjoy a beautiful sight on the garden. Another flat is also available for rental : ask for details.The good streets and railway connections make easy to reach the near cities of Art (Brescia, Bergamo, Verona�) and the touristic places of the lakes of Iseo and Garda (Sarnico, Sirmione, Sal�). Nearby there are various amusing places and in summer many cultural events ( Iseo-Jazz, International Music in Sarnico, Theather in the villas of Franciacorta, Prose at Vittoriale of Gardone Riviera, Lyric at the Arena of Verona etc). We sugggest to visit the Franciacorta Spumante cellars (it�s necessary to make a reservation for Berlucchi, Bellavista, C� del Bosco, Ricci Curbastro , Cola etc..).

By car:On the Milano-Venezia motorway go out at Rovato, follow Iseo directions, straight-on, after 6 Km turn left (firm VELA) to Nigoline, at the first roundabout turn left to Adro (via Padania), at the second roundabout always straight-on, when you reach the third roundabout take the small country street on the left immediately before it.By Train:On the Brescia-Iseo train stop at Iseo; on the Milano-Venezia train stop at Rovato; on the Bergamo-Brescia train stop at Palazzolo S/O or Rovato: we can, on request, pick you up at the railway station.
