ESTALAGEM DO CONVENTO

Hotel is located in an old convent building from 1830 in the medieval town of Obidos. The hotel is decorated with ancient charming furniture with some rooms having the original black ceiling and all are decorated with beautiful tiles in the bathrooms. Our restaurant with capacity for 100 people is in the old Cloister of the monastery. In winter you have a wonderful fireplace alight in the restaurant and bar. This is a special place for lovers or for those who appreciate charming and familiar surroundings. It is a wonderful opportunity to get to know one of Portugalas most historic towns with its traditions and culture. Additional information; Children age 12 and under stay free in the room with parents and in existing bedding. Children age 13-15 receive a 10 pct reduction. Children over this age will be considered an adult.
