"I do not know if the reason for this was that I got a larger room that I had ordered or whether the price here was a mistake. When I showed them a printout from my reservation here though, they changed the price to the agreed one at once without any trouble." — source Venere
"Luckily the hotel called us later that day saying that they had refunded us the amount overshooting our booking price." — source Venere

"The room I was given was so small that I had to go outside to change my mind." — source Venere
"We should have known better than to reserve the least expensive room category in a European hotel. The room was about 12 feet square and the European queen bed was actually a double." — source Expedia
