Newly constructed, these two-bedroom, one-bedroom and hotel units feature all the latest modern amenities including granite countertops, heated courtyard pool, designer decorations, under-building parking, free HBO, wireless high-speed Internet access, fishing pier, private beach access, complimentary beach towels and chaise lounge chairs, rentable boat docks, private and community washer/dryer and more. Please note that minimum check-in age is 25. If you will be arriving after standard business hours, please call the main office at 866-542-1974, at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Anna Maria Island has always been known for its sugar-whie coastline, emerald Gulf waters and quaint business districts. Today, it is now known as a vacation favorite among local, national, and international travelers.
