This is the top seafood restaurant in town. Service is leisurely, but if you're in the mood for a prolonged meal, the menu might include a full range of seasonal vegetables, peppers stuffed with seafood mousse, dorada (gilthead sea bream) cooked in a salt crust, baked sea bream, turbot with clams, grilled hake or monkfish, grilled squid, shellfish soup, or shellfish rice. Directions
Should you arrive by air, there are two options for the twenty minute drive into the City. The airport shuttle bus is $15.00 one way, or $25.00 return. Taxis are approx. $35 weekdays and $40 weekends. Both will drop you off at Central City Backpackers.If arriving by bus from within Tasmania- Redline Terminal is 2 1/2 blocks from the Central City Backpackers, straight down Liverpool Street (towards the City), turn right onto Murray Street and then left onto Collins Street- Tassielink Terminal is straight down Elizabeth Street, and turn right after the mall onto Collins Street
