"I would highly recommend this hostel, although out of town has a shuttlebus, and in the lounge has views over the sea Definitely worth every penny and WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO OTHER." — source Hostelworld
"A really great place to stay if in Edinburgh, a little bit away from main town but they have shuttles that can take you there (only 15mins drive) and hostel on the coast isn't too bad." — source Hostelworld
"people couldnt get in because bus was full - staff didnt do anything-didnt apologize, didnt refund ticket, just recommended to use taxi - thats 12 pounds." — source Hostelworld
"The staff was willing to help in any way possible and having a great place to rest your head after such long days is always welcomed." — source Hostelworld
"Had a wonderful stay here- the staff were extremly helpful and the whole experience was great- would definately recommend." — source Hostelworld
-
"We were lucky that we had the beds at the end of the room as the others seemed a bit squashed, but the staff were great, facilities were clean and tidy and all working." — source Hostelworld
"It was a nice place, it was clean, and it was not overly loud like some hostels are at 5 am." — source Hostelworld
"Amazing hostel, nice and clean, good atmosphere, nice rooms and the sea outside was bliss." — source Hostelworld
"The hostel was clean and the bar was cheap - I would recommend this hostel." — source Hostelworld
"Our double room was nice, with a clean bathroom and clean beds." — source Hostelworld
-
"Marvelous location by the sea, private bus for transportation, unbelievable low prices including breakfast, all kind of services (laundry, ironing, home cinema, internet, pool games, mini market, kitchen, dishwashers." — source Hostelworld
"Location not great if you haven't your own transport but the hostel does run a very regular bus service - plus waking up to the waterfront views more than make up for this." — source Hostelworld
"Although the hostel is 15 mins outside twn it is so cheap to get a taxi in and they have there own taxi nd bus service which was brilliant." — source Hostelworld
"The shuttle bus should be more often and the guests should not pay for this service, since theyre paying for staying at the hostel." — source Hostelworld
"although its far out of the city centre, they run a reliable and regular shuttle bus service which is good." — source Hostelworld
-
"The location was really the only thing about this hostel that was a downside, but every other aspect was so ideal that I would definitely stay here again. The only reason the location is even a problem is because it's not on any of the bus lines that I could see, and the shuttle that they provide, which is very convenient otherwise, doesn't run very late." — source Hostelworld
"I was there for one night only but what I can say is: beds with curtains - that's great, although mattresses are not really for people with back problems (like me), also enough space in the rooms would be a plus and very nice sorrounding area :-) but around 15 mins to the center of the city by bus." — source Hostelworld
"This was really an excellent hostel, not in the center of the city, but there is a shuttle every hour and it is only like a 20 minute ride, so it's not bad, and the hostel itself is literally right on the ocean in a super beautiful area." — source Hostelworld
"is in a cool location out of town right on the waterfront but can be a bit hard to get back late at night with taxis basically being the only option and the buses into town need to be booked ahead or they can be full." — source Hostelworld
"The most annoying thing, apart from the location (it\'s FAR away from the city-30 minutes maximun by bus) is that they say that there is Internet Access (which indeed exists) but you have to PAY for it." — source Hostelworld
-
"If you want an amazing scottish sight to wake up to a short and inexpensive shuttle ride from downtown edinburgh this is the place for you." — source Hostelworld
"The shuttle would be great if it didn't cost two and a half pounds a day just to get to and from the city center." — source Hostelworld
"Initially put off by distance from city centre but it's a small price to pay for the lovely surrounding area." — source Hostelworld
"A bit far from Edinburgh, though if you spend a week at the inn, the weekly journeys won't cost you much." — source Hostelworld
"Good rates on dorm rooms, but remember to factor in the shuttle bus cost in and out of the city centre." — source Hostelworld
