This Homestead property is conveniently located approximately one mile from Sixth Street, two miles from Zilker Park, and five miles from Austin Bergstrom International Airport. The hotel specializes in extended-stay itineraries and thus provides on-site laundry facilities and provides dry cleaning service. Housekeeping service is provided on a twice-weekly basis for guests staying seven nights or more. Guests staying more than four nights (but less than a week) receive the mid-week refresh only. One pet is accepted per guestroom. The general manager has the authority to allow additional pets per room, based on his or her own discretion. Fees and deposits apply. All guestrooms have full kitchens with refrigerators, microwaves, stovetops, and dining and cooking utensils. Other room amenities include workspaces with computer dataports, One dollar per stay for unlimited local calls, personalized voicemail, and irons and full-size ironing boards. Pet Policy- One pet per room is allowed. A $25 USD cleaning fee will be charged per night, not to exceed $75 USD. This charge will be applied at check-in.
