The Stars Lille Hotel has a modern white and red brick fa�ade and nautical themed interior, and is located between the city center and the district of Palavas. The 60 guestrooms feature maritime d�cor in white and navy blue, with black furnishings. All have work desks with Internet connections and cable television. Bathrooms feature complimentary toiletries and hair dryers. The Le Carre des Officiers restaurant, (officers' mess), serves traditional French dishes and wines and overlooks the street; the dining room is decorated in navy blue and white d�cor, with blue carpets. The conference room has a contemporary cream d�cor and provides audio visual facilities for business seminars. Complimentary newspapers are provided in the lobby and complimentary parking is available for guests arriving by car. The Museum of Modern Art is one kilometer from the hotel. For a relaxing stroll, the Heron Park and Lake offers an enticing retreat, also one kilometer away. Lille Lesquin Airport is 10 kilometers from the hotel. The hotel is best reached from the airport by taxi or car. A taxi costs approximately �25. An hourly shuttle service runs from the airport to Lille Flandres and Lille Europe train stations. The Eurostar terminal (Lille Europe) is one kilometer east of the old town. The easiest way to get around Lille is via the fast, cheap and reliable Metro or tram services.
