"Unfortunately Firenze is a mess and the location of the hotel was damage due to the city being in such a situation of all distroyed to fix a tram via that was started three years ago and not yet finished." — source Venere

"When I booked I specifically requested for a room from the 4th floor. When I arrived my family were dumped on a 1st floor room and when asked why we were not put on the 4th floor as requested, was advised that the floor was being renovated, without any apologies from the desk clerk or management who seemed arrogant and having a devil may care attitude." — source Venere
