The hotel is situated in the town centre, surrounded by the unique beauty of Positano and the local shops.The sea can be reached on the "Spiaggia Grande". The hotel management offers trips along the coast with the hotel boat, free of charge for the hotel guests. There is an old and new part to this hotel and both parts are beautiful. The furnishings are of the period, the colouring is gentle and soft, the views are breathtaking and the serenity enthuses calmness to all who go there. During the summer the patio offers the perfect scenery for the concerts of classical music which often take place.

From Naples Capodichino Airport (NAP): Distance to the Hotel Palazzo Murat is 60 kilometres, approximately 90 minutes' drive. Getting there. The best way to reach the hotel is by car. Taxis are available from outside the arrivals hall, and typically cost 110 EUR to Villa Franca. Alternatively, the hotel can organise private transfers for a surcharge. Price subject to change. Getting around. The cobbled streets of Positano are best explored on foot or on the local bus service which passes through the town. Boats leave regularly for the Isle of Capri and the Amalfi Coast. Hiring a car is advised for exploring further afield.
