Climb the original spiral staircase to the second of three original rooms built in 1888 with views of the inn?s Victorian garden. This room is uniquely appointed with antiques including an armoire closet, comfortable king sized iron bed with handmade coverlets and reading sconces. Slip into your own private bath with a whirlpool tub to relax at the end of your day. The room?s ceiling is vaulted with an octagon window in its peak capturing the morning sun. The room is named after Ruthie, the wife of one of the town?s most influential men, Darcy Brown, who would ultimately become the president of The Aspen Skiing Corporation.Directions
