Nestled in the National Park of the Southern Sintra Mountains, just 25 km from Lisbon, the Penha Longa Hotel and Golf Resort location traces its origins back to the 14th century, when the area known as "long rock" was first inhabited by monks. A landmark monastery was built on the site, and over the centuries Penha Longa became a retreat for The Royal Family of Portugal and visiting dignitaries. The design of the classic 194-room resort blends local architecture with a graceful palazzo-style estate, in a setting of spectacular rolling hills, lush gardens, and clear lakes.

-168 hours, If a reservations is cancelled after 7 days prior to arrival the Hotel will charge the amount of one night room and tax for cancellation policy. In case of no show the Hotel will charge the entire stay room and tax.

Directions

A taxi from the airport to the hotel costs approximately 50 EUR. Driving directions from Lisbon airport: Take the A5 highway in the direction of Cascais. Exit at Alcabideche/Sintra, and head towards Penha Longha. Take the second exit off the roundabout, and the hotel is 800 metres ahead.
