Directions
Alternatively, taxis or dolmus (shared taxis) are available from the airport. Havas airport buses run to central Istanbul every 30 minutes at peak times, and hourly at around noon and at night (journey time is approximately 30 minutes). Public bus number 96 runs into town approximately every hour from 7 AM to 7 PM. The city metro system runs between the airport and the Sultanahmet district. The nearest train/metro station, Sultanahmet, is 500 metres from the hotel. Driving directions: From the airport, take Basin Express Street South to Sahil Centre. Continue for 13 kilometres until the Catladikapi intersection. Turn left and take Kucukayasofyo Caddesi to Sultanahmet Park keeping St Sophia Museum to the right. Follow Blue Mosque Drive down to Akbiyik Caddesi. After 200 metres, the hotel should be visible.
