"Customer service was terrible and I speak Spanish, so it wasn't a language barrier issue. This hotel is not close to anything, not even other restaurants, so if you plan on eating at the on site restaurant be prepared to pay through the nose, the food was great and so was service, but they're the only food around so they can charge whatever." — source Travelocity
