"Ok so we stayed at this hotel and for the most part it was a great experience minus the fact that going to Arizona and arriving at 1-2 in the afternoon is extremely hot during the summer. Would have great if the hotel would have turned on the a/c for the room we were going to be staying considering everything was prepaid for and they were expecting us." — source Expedia
