They're a bit boxy and functionally furnished but are well maintained and very comfortable, with good beds and immaculate bathrooms with tub/shower combos. From Badajoz Airport (BJZ): Distance to the Sercotel Extremadura is 90 kilometres, approximately 70 minutes' drive. Getting there. Buses run to Badajaz city centre. Trains then run to Caceres station. Taxis are available outside arrivals and should cost about 100 EUR. Getting around. The town is easily explored on foot and is serviced by train.
